Tangie Russell's resume boast of her many accomplishments, not only as a Master Cosmetologist for over thirty years, but also as a Salon owner and designer during that time. 
She has lovingly renovated and restored three Salon projects. 
Her first project began in 1989 when she created Tangie's Hair Works in West Palm Beach.
Upon migrating to Vero Beach she purchased Flamingo Beauty Salon, Vero Beach's oldest salon. Tangie remodeled and renamed it Flamingo Hair Design, which she then operated for nine years.
Now, after a three year sebatical, she and her partner, Roger O'Brien, have created what is undoubtly, Vero Beach's most unique hair salon.  
Offering a warm, relaxed, at home atmosphere, Ponce de Salon is located in a vintage 1930 Medittearean house. 
This time Tangie's will focus mainly on her specalities of hair color, hair cutting, and her mastery in hair design and make up. She will supervise her highly trained staff in the other areas of salon services.
